It is a 12-month to 36-month program, which begins with a small down payment and monthly lease payments. A portion of each month's payment will be held in a special option account to be added to your down payment at the time of purchase. | Step 2: | Go to our quick and easy Get Started Form. Fill out the form and either fax or e-mail it to our office for review by a Sales Associate. |
| Step 3: | After your Get Started Form is reviewed, you will Talk To Sales Associate to discuss the procedures to become a Homeowner. |
| Step 4: | View Property to take an actual tour of the home, ask any questions you may have, and complete the paperwork. Then you are ready to move in! |
